Brief: This project involved a complete renovation of the property including internal alterations and a single storey rear extension.

As part of our service the plans included a flat roof, single storey rear extension with structural calculations for a portal frame that allowed this to be completely open to the back of the house, and calculations for the existing kitchen and dining room wall to be removed to open the space up further.

To keep the extension light we designed it with large sliding doors and lantern lights in the roof.
