Our customer at Cardwell Avenue was using their existing loft space as a hobby room. This wasn't properly converted and had poor access, so they came to us for a solution.

Instead of an extension, we decided to design an annex in the rear garden.

This job also included a rear extension to create more space for a larger kitchen and dining room in the existing dwelling.
